It's always an honor to work for the museum and the annual dinner is definitely a highlight. Before the evening began, they had this amazing drone flying over the room to document the space. It felt like the future of photography was upon us as this digital camera was flown around the room. Jon Bon Jovi's performance was incredible as he opened and closed the evening.

A red-carpet and star-studded event in New York City, the National Poetry SLAM! occurs each spring at venues as diverse as Harlem’s Apollo Theater and the New York Stock Exchange.
Thousands of SCORES students take center stage at regional Poetry SLAM’s! for the opportunity to perform their original poetry on a national stage—only 14 will get the chance in 2016.
The event showcases the power of America SCORES to improve lives while celebrating the achievements of these outstanding elementary school youth.
The SLAM! is attended by SCORES families, coaches and teachers from around the country, as well as representatives of top corporate, finance, and sports brands.
Since 2014, with the support of News Corp, the event has been live streamed online.

Winter Wonderland Ball at the New York Botanical Garden
Now in its 17th year, the Winter Wonderland Ball remains NYC's most fashionable party of the holiday season, a blacktie event featuring cocktails, dinner, and dancing in sight of the Haupt Conservatory's twinkling holiday display. Begin the evening with cocktails under the dome of the Palms of the World Gallery, toasting the Holiday Train Show® amid an expanded exhibition of trains, bridges, and tracks—a New York landscape in miniature built on decades of tradition. Afterward, join fellow guests in the Conservatory Tent for a party unlike any other, with gourmet dining, followed by a night of swirling gowns and perfect playlists. This event supports the Garden's world-renowned Children's Education Programs, allowing children of all ages the opportunity to learn about nature through workshops and hands-on activities.
